Like all my recipes, this potato salad pushes the boundaries of your tastebuds. I love to experiment with the best that different cultural flavours have to offer. This dish is a stand-alone meal. It's not simply a light little salad that will leave you hungry in an hour or so. This is packed with protein, resistant starch from the potatoes and don't forget the calcium from the Tzatziki!
